What will my shipping cost?
We have negotiated rates with USPS and UPS that apply to all of our online delivery options. The amount of your shipping will depend on the shipping option you chose, the weight of the package and your location.
When will my order be shipped?
We strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can. Orders placed Monday thru Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours. Please note that during periods of high volume, it may take longer. If you need your order to go out the same day you place it, please use an expedited service and we'll be sure to do our part to get you your merchandise in time.
Orders placed after 2:00pm CST are shipped the following business day (Mon-Fri). Orders are not processed for shipment on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed after 12:00pm CST on Friday are processed on Monday.
How can I track my order?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This email might wind up in your "Junk Email Folder," so be sure to add Pelican Coast Clothing to your "safe" list.
What if I'd like to change my order after it's been placed?
Once an order is placed, it gets processed immediately and cannot be changed (this helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible). If you'd like to add items to your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
