Returns

RETURN POLICY:

All returns are for store credit unless merchandise is damaged.  If you do not wish to exchange your returned item for another product at the time of the return, we will issue a gift card to you for the credit balance.  All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip and/or receipt which is included in your shipment. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly. Any personalized, monogrammed, or customized product is not eligible for return or exchange. Any item that has been washed, dry cleaned or is stained, soiled or damaged (other than due to damage during original shipping) is not eligible for return or exchange. It helps us process your return or exchange faster if you use the original box and packing materials when shipping products back to us. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

We recommend registered shipping with either UPS or USPS priority mail in order to ensure the package arrives securely. If you experience any problems with your return, or your question is not answered above, please email: info@pelicancoastclothing.com

Full priced items with a receipt:

Merchandise credit up to 90 days less the original cost of shipping
After 90 days no returns allowed

Sale items with a receipt:

Merchandise credit up to 30 days of purchase less the original cost of shipping
After 30 days, no returns allowed
All goods marked as "final sale" will not be eligible for return

EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you need your exchange quickly, we will do our best to get your new products out to you expeditiously.   You will be charged for the merchandise on its way out and you'll be credited as soon as we receive your return.

How to exchange merchandise by mail:

On your packing slip, or in an email to info@pelicancoastclothing.com, explain what item you would like to exchange. On receipt, we will arrange additional payment (if necessary), then ship the exchanged item.

If the total value of your exchange is less than the value of the returned item(s), we will credit you the difference on a gift card according to our return policies.

Take note of the tracking number for your records, so that you can track your shipment's progress.

Please allow 30 days for your return/exchange to be processed.

GIFT CARDS:

All sales of gift cards are final and are not eligible for returns.
